2015 Corris Boyd Scholarship Application

Please note that, due to a technical glitch, the following application does not include space for you to upload your GRE scores, report your GMAT scores, or provide a description of any other financial support that you anticipate receiving towards your graduate degree.  When you click the Submit button at the conclusion of the application, you will be taken to a Supplemental Application to provide the information listed above.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Lacey Meckley at lmeckley@aupha.org.

You must be planning to attend the CAHME accredited, healthcare administration, AUPHA member program at one of the below universities listed in order to be eligible for the scholarship. Visit the FAQ section of the Corris Boyd webpage for a complete list of eligible programs. Only students beginning their program in the fall of 2015 are eligible for the 2015-16 Corris Boyd Scholars Program. No exceptions.

Please provide the University/College name, program/degree track, and application status for all CAHME accredited, AUPHA member programs in which you have applied, or intend to apply.

Transcripts are also accepted from the registrar electronically to lmeckley@aupha.org or via mail to the AUPHA office by the deadline. Please do not submit unofficial copies of transcripts to AUPHA.
