CHS-survey

On behalf of the Canadian Hemophilia Society (National and Chapters) or CHS, we are asking for input from all those associated with inherited bleeding disorders about their attitudes towards the organization, its work, and its future focus. We are a professional market research organization that has been commissioned to independently conduct this study.  We can assure you that your individual responses will be kept strictly confidential, and will only be reported in aggregate from all those who participate in this survey.  Let’s get started!  The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete.
