Oregon Department of Human Services Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Oregon Department of Human Services exists to serve Oregonians.  Whether you are a DHS Client, a Community Partner or Employee, you are a DHS customer.  Our goal is to provide prompt, professional, courteous and continuously improving customer service the first time, every time.

To measure how we are doing we need your answers to a few key questions.  We would also appreciate any suggestions for improving in those areas you might offer.
