MTO LCV Program Carrier Survey

The Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) has contracted the services of MORR Transportation Consulting Ltd. (MORR) to assess the economic value and environmental benefits of the LCV Program and evaluate LCV parking capacity on the network. As part of this effort, MORR is surveying carriers registered in Ontario to:

• estimate future LCV activity,
• identify parking capacity and Origin-Destination location issues, and
• assess turn-around ramp opportunities to access LCV parking, Origin-Destination locations, etc.

The survey consists of up to 16 questions and typically requires less than 15 minutes to complete. If you require collaboration from other individuals in your company you can select the "save and continue later" option at the top of the survey and enter their email address.
