Greetings!

This summer, Katy Christian Ministries (KCM) is conducting a comprehensive strategic planning process. This initiative is being facilitated by Dini Spheris, a leading consultancy in nonprofit leadership, performance, and fundraising. We view this process as an important time for reflection, prayer and listening to our community so that we can move forward with renewed focus, effectiveness and community support.
 
One of our key goals is to enlist the participation and feedback of our community – not only those who currently support us and use our services, but also those who live, work or worship in the greater Katy area. We need your involvement to strengthen our ministry and ensure that we can continue to serve our community moving forward.
 
We estimate this survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will be ANONYMOUS unless you choose to self-identify at the end of the survey. We hope you will share with us your honest and constructive thoughts.

The Resource and Crisis Center of Galveston County (RCC) is now in its 38th year of comforting, supporting and healing victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. While our ultimate vision is a world in which RCC’s services are no longer needed, we will continue to serve the community until that time comes. Our dedicated staff and board members work tirelessly to deliver on our mission: promoting the safety, well-being and best interest of victims of family violence, sexual assault and child abuse and advocating for the prevention of such crimes.

We deeply value the partnership we have with our community through countless donors, volunteers, advocates and champions. We believe it is important to engage with and listen to you regularly to continually improve our communication, strategies and impact. We hope you will answer these survey questions honestly and thoughtfully, knowing that your input is deeply valued.
