In addition to being a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, Marsha is a member of the New York Bar.

Keith is the former European General Counsel for Expedia and is recently served as Acting UK General Counsel for AOL and The Huffington Post UK. Prior to moving in-house, he practiced in the Technology Transfer Group at Morrison & Forester and in the US and UK Corporate teams at Weil Gotshal and Manges. Keith is a qualified English solicitor, a member of the New York Bar and a certified business coach, working with both in-house and private practice lawyers.

Erik D. Lazar founded Transatlantic Law International in London in 2001 after more than 15 years of international legal and management experience, including in European General Counsel positions for Fortune 50 companies in Brussels and Luxembourg, where he was responsible for all legal aspects of regional operations. Transatlantic has grown under his direction from an original 15 country presence in Europe to a global business law service, serving primarily Fortune 500 companies in multiple countries worldwide.  He specializes in cross border mergers and acquisitions, global projects, restructuring and expansion, international commercial law and global labor and employment law. A graduate of Yale University and Hastings College of the Law, University of California, he speaks French and German and resides in London.
