Wake Forest Dining

Table Tent Approval Form

Table Tents are valid upon approval by the Marketing Office of Wake Forest Dining Services (Aramark) via email response. Completion of this form is not approval to distribute.

Sizing And Materials
Tents must be printed on 100% post-consumer card stock paper. We recommend table tents have three sides and fold into a standing trifold.

Scheduling
Tables are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Tables with tents already on them are considered reserved. Promotion periods will run from Monday through Saturday and only one announcement can be reserved per week. Please, reserve your promotion period at least two weeks in advance.

Placement And Quantity
The represented group/advertiser is responsible for placing their table tents when the location(s) in question open on Monday. Table tents will be removed after the dinner meal each Saturday or when they become dirty and/or torn. Only one table tent is allowed per table. Up to two locations are allowed per promotion. We recommend the advertiser place up to the allocated amount of total table tents distributed at these two locations. Advertising in the North Dining Hall is on a first come first served basis. No contract is necessary for advertising in that building.

Group/Advertiser Qualification And Responsibilities
The group/advertiser will be responsible for adhering to the following:
1.  Sourcing materials, designing, printing and placement of the table tents.

2.  Table tents are not for the purpose of advertising for any unaffiliated or external [non- university] companies, products, groups, events, etc. without Wake Forest Dining Marketing Department approval. In addition, student groups must be officially recognized by the Wake Forest Office of Student Development.

3.  Table tents are not to be used for political campaigning.

4.  Table tents cannot be discriminatory in regard to race, religion, color, national origin, age, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, height, weight, marital status, disabled veteran status, veteran status, arrest record, or disability. Alcohol and drug references, content and graphics are also prohibited. It is the discretion of the Dining Service's Office to remove and/or deny placement of table tents if they are deemed offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate.

The Marketing Department reserves the right to discard table tents, grant amnesty from the table tent policy, deny table tent content and bar groups/advertisers from future advertising contracts.

Cancellation
One week notice is recommended for advertising cancellation. If tents are not displayed by end of business on the valid Monday of this contract, this contract will be considered null and void. The advertisement reservation will be removed.
