Each participant will receive $225 for a 15 minute online survey with a follow up 2 hour in-person research interview. Interviews will occur at a facility in local Seattle from Tuesday, June 23 through Monday, July 20 with multiple times available throughout the day.

The following is a brief preliminary questionnaire to see if you might qualify for this particular market research study. It should take no more than 5-7 minutes to complete.
