N15136 - Accessibility

New Page

Northwest Insights, a Market Research firm, is working with a client that is trying to make an electronic device and websites that will be more accessible and usable for people with visual, hearing, mobility impairments, or cognitive disabilities (like Dyslexia). To do this we are trying to find people that have specific disabilities to participate in a usability research session where they interact with a new device or website and give their opinions on how well it works and what parts need improvement.

Who: Men and women ages 18 and older
Where: Downtown Seattle or in your home
What: A 90 minute or 2 hour one-on-one interview session
When: Sessions to be scheduled in July and August
Honorarium: $200 Visa or MasterCard gift card as a thank you for your time and opinions

There are no sales involved; we simply want opinions and feedback. All information remains confidential. Through market research, people are able to make their opinions known via a direct communications channel with those who are able to affect change. Insight gained contributes greatly to improvements in quality and usefulness of products and services.

We will assist in making arrangements that will help us get people to complete the study; for instance, making sure a sign language interpreter is available for the session, or arranging transportation for some respondents if needed.  This will be decided on case by case basis.
