Complaint Form

Starting July 1, the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DCDSA) requires dispensers to pass, capture and maintain certain types of information with respect to each transaction (or change in ownership). Drug manufacturers and wholesalers have been required to comply with the requirements since May 1, 2015. As NCPA advocates on Capitol Hill and interacts with Federal agencies on important issues affecting your business, it is helpful to provide real-world examples of how dispensers are receiving transaction information, and any services that wholesalers or other vendors may be offering to comply with the law’s requirements. If you are experiencing problems, please submit your complaint here so NCPA staff can track and report to the appropriate entities.
