The Department of Justice’s Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) in conjunction with the Virginia Center for Policing Innovation (VCPI) is conducting a critical response initiative in Tampa, FL. An important part of this process is hearing feedback from the Tampa community regarding the Tampa Police Department’s ticketing operations, bike citation program and interaction with the community.
