The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission is developing new resources to increase the awareness, understanding and use of Aboriginal cultural rights under the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities.
This survey is part of the consultation process with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community on their thoughts, understanding and use of Aboriginal cultural rights.
