This research has two phases. This survey is phase 1. After this survey closes, the researchers will analyze the responses to create a list of possible outcomes of acceleration. In phase 2, participants login online to review the list, then sort and rate the listed items to help us interpret the data. Rest assured, the list will only include generic responses and will not include any identifying information.

If you'd like to take part in the second phase, please email researcher Lynn Dare at ldare@uwo.ca. To keep survey responses anonymous, we are not collecting contact information through the survey. Participation in phase 2 is also anonymous, we'll just email to let you know when phase 2 is open.

We are also interested in hearing children's views on acceleration. Children do not need to have experienced acceleration to take part. If you have a high-ability child between 9 and 14 years old who would like to take part in this research, please email Lynn Dare at ldare@uwo.ca for more information.
