This exemption from payment of Out-of-District daily parking fees at Regional Transportation District (RTD) parking facilities is available only to transit patrons that are currently enrolled in full-time status at an accredited educational institution located within RTD boundaries. Full-time enrollment is defined as ten (10) or more credit hours and require classroom attendance of at least three (3) days per week. You must have a temporary In-District address, with vehicle registration address Out-of-District, with proof of each. If this application is approved, it applies only to the current enrollment period and must be renewed by the applicant for each enrollment period for which the exemption is sought. An exempt vehicle is treated as an In-District vehicle, not subject to daily charges, but is subject to parking charges after 24 hours. Only one application for current term is allowed. All fees and violations prior to approval of this application are the responsibility of the applicant. Submit the completed application and four attachments, or fax them to 303-744-1437, or mail them to Central Parking System, 1801 California St., Ste 2775, Denver, CO 80202.
