If it becomes necessary for an RTD parking patron to dispute a Notice of Violation for non-payment of parking fees, or any other CPS Parking Enforcement notice please complete this form and submit it as indicated, along with any supporting documents. You will be contacted to discuss your dispute. Every effort will be made to fairly and objectively resolve the dispute in a mutually acceptable manner consistent with the goals and objectives of the Parking Management Program.
