Here's your chance to try out the new design before it is made available on ticket vending machines throughout the region. We want your feedback!
What will I be doing during my session?
We will ask you to complete one or two tasks on the ticket vending machine and provide your feedback. We will video record your experience and ask you follow-up questions.
When and where is the study?
The study is Tuesday, August 25th at the Sound Transit office on 5th & Jackson in downtown Seattle (315 - 5th Ave. S. Seattle WA 98104). We will schedule individual sessions with selected participants for sometime between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
Will I be compensated for my time?
We are offering a $15 Starbucks gift card as a thank you for your time and input.

20-30 minutes
