To apply for Coaching for Principals and Assistant Principals (On Demand) please complete each of the following questions.
This program offers skilled coaching to facilitate self-directed learning, enhance individual capacity and support you to reflect on your individual or collective leadership practice, set clearer professional goals, gain greater focus and develop your leadership capabilities to a higher level.
It has been designed to accommodate an immediate start to your coaching, and a range of coaching modalities (ie; face to face, telephone and online) to fit around your current work requirements. Successful applicants will be allocated a coaching provider within two (2) weeks of the application being submitted
- Please be aware that the coaching will focus on leadership development and does not cover technical skills (i.e. financial management, IT training, use of DET internal resources)
- Acting Principals, who do not have a substantive Assistant Principal role, must have at least three (3) months remaining within their Acting role to be eligible for this initiative, and all coaching sessions must be completed prior to their Acting role ceasing.

We regret that Acting Assistant Principals are not eligible for this coaching initiative.
