Cumulative cost impact of EU legislation on the European chemical industry

Thank you for considering answering the questionnaire.

The European Commission launched a study to assess the cumulative cost impact of EU legislation on the European chemical industry.

The purpose of this online survey is to validate/calibrate results obtained through a series of over 30 in-depth interviews through an extensive questionnaire with companies from the chemical industry.
In this questionnaire you will not be asked to reveal any confidential piece of information on your company’s cost structure; however we would like you to assess whether the cost ranges we have estimated for the period 2004-2014 are realistic, based on your experience.
Based on your answers to the first questions, the questionnaire will redirect you to a limited number of legislations which are relevant for your sub-sector. For each group of legislation, we would like you to assess our findings which are expressed as percentage of regulatory costs on turnover.

The survey will close on the 23rd October.

If you are interested in receiving a copy of the study’s findings, please provide your contact information. In any case, they will be kept confidential. No commercial information will be shared and confidentiality is guaranteed, as data will only be presented aggregated at EU level.
