Thank you for your interest in applying for the Substance Use and Abuse Advisory Committee Funds for your programming needs.
By completing this form you will be submitting a request to the Substance Use and Abuse Advisory Committee (SUAAC). Each funding request will be reviewed by the SUAAC funding committee made up of Cal Poly staff, faculty & students from across campus.
Only
current Cal Poly faculty, staff and students may apply for funds.
- Requests of $1500 or less can be made per program proposal and will be reviewed on a monthly basis by the SUAAC funding committee. Requests are reviewed upon the order of receipt. Events with preferred qualifications are given higher priority. Multiple requests from different entities may not be made for the same event.
- Any funding requests larger than $1500.00 will be reviewed on a monthly basis and a formal presentation to the SUAAC funding committee will be scheduled, the program proposal must be submitted at least a quarter in advance of proposed program date.
