Basic Business Se7en™ Assessment

Introduction

The REX BB7 is an assessment of the opportunities for improved performance by examining what your business is currently doing in Seven Basic Business Elements in every health club. Your report will be kept in the strictest of confidentiality. Only you and REX will be able to access it.

Responding to the following questions will enable us to categorize your club so that you can eventually compare your results to other clubs. If you have more than one club, choose one to evaluate-your choice: your best or your worst or an average performer. You may assess as many clubs as you like as a REX member. Do not average several clubs as you will lose all statistical value of the report REX will prepare for you.
