The Compass Card

Compass Card West Sussex
will make fun, leisure, sport and play more affordable for 0-25s with significant additional needs living or going to school in West Sussex.

Funded by West Sussex County Council and run by Brighton-based charity, Amaze, Compass Card West Sussex will be based on the Compass Card in Brighton and Hove. Amaze expects to launch the new card in April 2016.

As part of our planning, Amaze is asking parent carers and young people what they want from Compass Card West Sussex. That is why we have put together this quick questionnaire.

We need your responses by Monday 29 February 2016. We will also be running several Focus Groups across West Sussex to hear your views and ideas. All information will be kept confidential.
