Applications will be accepted through the online format ONLY. Emailed attachments will not be accepted.

Applicants must have attended an artsVest live workshop in order to be eligible to apply.

The jury will assess your application with the weighting:
Section A, B & C = Merit of the Organization, 50%
Section D = Merit of the Proposal, 50%

*artsVest Mentorship entails ongoing training for artsVest organizations during the cultivation phase of the program.
