Introduction
A dementia-friendly community is a place where people living with dementia are supported to live a high quality of life with meaning, purpose and value. We want to find what could be done in the Manningham area to make it more dementia friendly.
The information from this survey will be used to implement a number of strategies to increase the dementia friendliness of the Manningham community.
