INTENT TO GRADUATE FORM

PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM PRIOR TO EARLY REGISTRATION THE SEMESTER BEFORE YOU ANTICIPATE THAT YOUR PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS WILL BE MET. This is to the student's advantage so the Advisor and/or Asst. Dean & Registrar can properly advise students towards program completion.

Students planning on completing their degree requirements in the Fall of any given year, should plan on submitting this form the Spring semester before, prior to Early Registration.
However, they should anticipate participating in the Commencement Ceremony at the end of the Spring semester following when they completed their program and received their degree/certificate.

Once submitted, a copy will be sent to Assistant Dean & Registrar Lyndsey Reed, your advisor, and you.

3. Do you plan on participating in the Commencement Ceremony?
Graduation takes place at the end of the Spring Semester. You may only participate in the ceremony if your degree requirements are completed in the Fall or Spring semester of the same academic year.

Please note: For students who are planning on completing their degree requirements in the Spring, participation in the ceremony in no way guarantees degree conferral. Your degree may only be conferred once your final grades have been posted and the Registrar has confirmed all requirements have been satisfactorily met.)
