Universal Access Program Work to Play

DCR Universal Access Program's Work to Play Initiative

The Department of Conservation and Recreation's (DCR) Universal Access Program (UAP) is dedicated to providing outdoor recreation opportunities in Massachusetts State Parks for visitors of all abilities. Accessibility to our State Parks is achieved through site improvements, specialized adaptive recreation equipment, and accessible recreation programs.

In partnership with Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, the UAP is beginning a Work to Play initiative expanding its programs to better serve the needs of working people with disabilities. We need your help to do so, however! The following survey was designed to help us identify what we can do to offer programs that fit the needs of workers in the greater Boston area.

If you have any questions or feedback about the survey, or would like to sign up for the UAP newsletter, please contact Rachael Lee at rachael.lee@state.ma.us or 413-545-5745.
