The Talent Alignment Survey

Introduction

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and your local HR chapter are conducting a survey to determine skills shortages in your local area and potential ways to address them. Pull up a chair and share the human resource challenges that affect your organizations. Complete the 30-40 minute Talent Alignment Survey and earn 1-hour of continuing education credit for HRCI & SHRM certifications. The findings will help your chapter work with local education and training providers to better understand skills gaps, workforce, and education needs in your area. Please participate in this survey by answering the following questions and clicking the “submit” button at the end of the survey. Make sure that you answer all questions. You will be prompted if you forget to do so.

Your responses to this survey will be kept strictly confidential. Responses from all participants will be combined, analyzed, and the findings reported only in their aggregate form.
