This survey will give Brian information he needs to organize the McKinley shuttle service, our post-marathon Hospitality Tent, and the program completion dinner the Wednesday after the marathon.
2. Are you coming to the Marathon Hospitality Tent after the race?  (Note food/drink costs $15.  Massage is optional at $15.  You don't have to pay if you are there to meet friends or family without eating.) *This question is required.
3. Planning to get a massage at the tent?
4. Are you a walker or walker/jogger (finishing in 7 hours or more)?
5. Are you coming to the program's completion dinner on Wednesday, December 12?  (Note: the dinner costs $50 per person.  You may bring guests.)
6. Are you bringing a guest to the dinner?
7. Are you planning to use the shuttle from Kapiolani Park to McKinley High School (starting at 3:30 a.m. until 3:50 a.m.) the morning of the race?  (Note: If you say you are using the shuttle service, you MUST show up, so we don't ask drivers to be there for no reason.  Otherwise, please contact Brian by Wednesday before the race if you find other means of getting to McKinley.)
8. Can you provide a driver for the marathon morning shuttle (from K Park to McKinley HS) at 3:30 am?
