HISTORY LIVE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM 2017-18

The Minnesota Historical Society's History Live Scholarship makes it possible for eligible schools to enjoy discounted educational programs delivered by museum educators to students all over the state of Minnesota.

• Any school in Minnesota with 75% or more of its students enrolled in the Federal Free and Reduced Lunch Program.  Participants outside of Minnesota do not qualify for this scholarship.
• Funds are limited and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis until depleted or June 30, 2018, whichever occurs first.
• Eligible School may only receive one scholarship per school year.
• Up to four 20% discounted lessons on the same day, with up to 60 students per lesson, will be offered per scholarship awarded.
