Welcome to the 2015 Clean Cities Annual Report Survey!


Background
 
Each year, Clean Cities coalitions across the nation survey their stakeholders in order to measure the amount of petroleum displaced through the use of alternative fuels and petroleum reductions strategies. Those results are then aggregated in order to form a local and national picture of the petroleum reduction market throughout the country. In 2014, DMCCC stakeholders displaced 6.1 million gallons of petroleum and 29,000 tons of greenhouse gases.
 
Here you can find full annual reports from years past to get an idea of what the end product looks like.


Instructions

This survey will take you through a number of questions, prompting you to answer with information regarding your fleet or fueling stations for 2015. Please answer as accurately as possible. If you have unusual circumstances you can reflect that information in the notes section at the bottom of each page. If you are unsure of how to answer a question send an email to Janna West-Heiss at JWHeiss@lungs.org or Kyle Lisek at KLisek@lungs.org. 
 
You only need to complete one annual report for your Colorado operations. If you received a reporting survey or template from Northern or Southern Colorado Clean Cities, you only need to complete one, and we will make sure your data is split among the coalitions, respectively.

You do NOT have to finish this report all in one sitting. At the top of each page you will have the opportunity to save your progress and be emailed a link to return at a later date and continue.
