At Transition Extreme we continuously strive to provide our customers with the best possible facilities, services and value for money.
 
In recent years we have been able to upgrade both the climbing wall and skatepark and we would hope to further develop the Centre over the next few years.
 
To help us plan ahead for the continued development of the Centre, we are inviting you to tell us how well we are doing today and if so how and where we can improve. It also gives us the opportunity to find out more about you, how often you use the centre and for what reason.
 
While there is no guarantee that we can deliver against any of your suggestions, we will certainly endeavour to do the best we can.
 
This short questionnaire should take no longer than 10-15 mins to complete. To encourage you to do so, we will enter each respondent into a draw were one winner will get the chance to win a 10 session pass for use in the Centre.
 
By taking part in this survey you will help us to further develop the Centre and in the process ensure the continued success of Transition Extreme.
 
Remember, it is with your continued support, that a successful  Centre enables us to deliver on our mission of developing youth through active participation in sport.
