The Hazing Prevention Index provides three (3) reporting & oversight levels for minimizing hazing risk:
* Team-level monitoring (snapshot): A pre-season risk-screening system.
* Team-level monitoring (longitudinal): Track risk level (and team culture) across seasons.
* Institutional alert system: Monitor teams and its high risk individuals who would benefit from intervention.
