Thank you for your interest in making your yard environmentally friendly! This tool is designed to help property owners in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed (which includes parts of DE, MD, NY, PA, VA, WV, and the District of Columbia) develop a plan to install a Rain Garden or Conservation Landscape in their yards.
Your plan will be specific to your property and personal preferences, so you may need to go outside to dig, measure, and/or evaluate the conditions of your yard to answer questions throughout the tool. We understand that it may not be possible to complete the tool in one sitting. If you need to exit the tool and return at a later time, simply click "save and continue later" at the top of a page to save your progress.
A copy of your answers and planting plan will be emailed to you when you finish the tool. No need to worry about copying everything down!
