Elementary Science Feedback Survey

The District Planning Advisory Council, a group comprised of parents, students, community members, and district representatives, is exploring recent student achievement results on the Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment for 5th Grade Science.

We would appreciate your thoughts, perspectives, and insights around Science, at the elementary level, and have created a brief survey for you to complete. We are hoping to utilize the feedback that you provide to make a recommendation(s) to the School Board in order to improve student achievement in elementary science for all students in our system.
