2015-16 OSPI/School Nurse Corps Staff Survey

The School Nurse Corps Program provides registered nurse (R.N.) services at your school.  Please take a few minutes to tell us how the school nurse has made a difference for you or a student in your school.  The information will be used to evaluate this program and to share examples with legislators.  All information will remain anonymous.
