This is a Cultural Diversity Survey.
There are no right or wrong answers.  Simply select the option that is true for you.
When you finish the survey, please print the training document from your email and submit to Human Resources.  You will receive 15 minutes of training time for completing this survey.

5. I am aware that different cultures have varying ideas/thoughts on male-female roles in the workplace. *This question is required.
6. I understand that individuals from other cultures and ethnic groups have different reactions and approaches to individuals with disabilities. *This question is required.
7. I am aware that religious and cultural beliefs influence how individuals value medical treatment, illnesses, health care, disease and disability.
8. I understand that the age of an individual must be considered when I interact with individuals of other cultural and ethnic groups.
9. I discourage individuals when they use racial and ethnic slurs or engage in behaviors that show cultural insensitivity or prejudice. When I intervene, I help them understand that this behavior can hurt others.
10. I encourage the Agency's goal to incorporate and promote cultural diversity and cultural competence.
