Filling out the Membership submission form is easy to do. Please be sure to fill out ONLY the section that pertains to you. If you are a Property Manager please fill out the Principal section. If you are a vendor, please ONLY fill out the Associate section.
Who are Principal Members?
A Principal Member is a legal entity owning, developing, managing, leasing, controlling or otherwise involved with real estate in the nature of commercial, corporate, government institutional and medical buildings.
Who are Associate Members?
An Associate Member is a business that provides services and support to property managers/principal and is not directly involved with the management of commercial real estate.
What are the rates for Membership?
PROPERTY MANAGERS/ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGERS
Principal Single Membership – Single
$375 – Under 100,000 sq. ft.
$675– 100,000 sq. ft. or larger
Principal Building Membership
$1,380 – One International member per full paid membership
Principal Corporate Membership
$2,270 – Six members total; three on Int’l roster
Additional Member
$460 – Additional member, not included in International Roster.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS
Associate Membership
$850 – One International member per full paid membership
Additional Membership
$390 Additional Member, not included in International Roster.

After the Application is Submitted?
After filling out the application, we will send you an invoice for the membership submission. Once we receive payment, your entire package will be sent to the Board for review and approval.
