Banking Survey 2016

The Australian Network on Disability conducted surveys on the accessibility of banking products and services for people with disability in 2009 and 2012.  These surveys have assisted our member organisations to better understand the needs of people with disability and the barriers that are faced. We are updating this research in 2016 in light of advances in digital technology and changes to the way people pay for goods and services.

As part of this project we are seeking people with disability who are willing to complete a short survey on the barriers they face when doing their banking and any changes they would like to see in the way services are delivered. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. The information can be provided anonymously and all questions are optional.  No personal financial details are asked for in this survey – it is only about your experiences and suggestions.

In order to encourage participation, we are offering an incentive to participants who complete the survey and answer an additional simple question at the end. The best three answers will receive a $100 Westfield Gift Card. Your name and email address is required if you wish to enter the competition.

The survey closes on 22nd April 2016 with winners notified via email and announced on the AND website (www.and.org.au) on 26th April 2016. See AND’s Survey Policy (www.and.org.au/pages/surveys) for more information about our methods and our overarching goal - that people with disability should be able to access and consume goods and services on an equal footing with the wider community.

Please advise info@and.org.au if you have any accessibility issues with this survey.
