Video Streaming Survey

Consent

1. Hello! My name is Derek Uibelhoer, and I am a student at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

I am conducting research for a social science research methods class, and I am inviting you to participate in my survey about personality and video streaming applications. Please note that you must own a smart phone with a video streaming application on it in order to participate in this survey. Please ALSO note that participation is voluntary and you may opt out at any time.

These data are being collected for educational purposes only. Your responses are confidential and will only be used in aggregate to analyze data. This research is being overseen by John Wolf, Ph.D., who is the course’s instructor.

The survey will take you approximately 5-7 minutes to complete.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
