The MS Helpline is for anyone affected by MS and aims to provide a listening ear, emotional support and quality information. We want to make sure we are doing the very best we can and that we are meeting your needs – and we need your feedback to do that.
Any confidential information you provide in this survey will be held by the MS Society and will only be used for the purpose of evaluating and improving our services. We will not share any personal information you provide with any third parties.
We may wish to invite you to participate in a second short survey in 4 months time, and to do this we would need to collect your email address. This is optional, not a requirement and we will not use your email address for any other purpose. We will not contact you to discuss your responses to this survey. However, we may publish anonymised quotes in our report which will be made available on the MS Society website.
