People in the creative industries develop inspiring and innovative ideas but the creative process is not always easy. Sometimes our leaders get it right and sometimes they get it frustratingly wrong. We'd like to know what behaviours people in the creative industries desire in their leaders, to help all of us get it right more often.

This survey has been developed by The Economist Intelligence Unit and me, Melanie Cook, for Vision 2016. It's completely anonymous I promise. And your personal details will never ever be shared to a third party.
