Douglas Staff 4/4/16

Happy 4th Quarter, Douglas Staff! This is a survey, sign-up, and info gatherer all in one! I'm trying a new website, surveygizmo...we will see how it compares to survey monkey. Please complete by Wednesday at midnight. Thanks!
2. Fist to 5 for the theme: Super Heroes - Learning is Our Superpower! for the 2016-2017 school year.

3. I would like to be on a committee to plan school activities, reinforcements, decor, etc. for the 2016-2017 theme. 

Responsibilities would include - 
at least 2 meetings prior to June 10th to brainstorm and plan
shared responsibility to prepare materials/complete tasks
willingness to have fun and share your ideas - pinterest will likely be involved :)
4. The PBL Institute has peaked my curiosity, and I would love to be able to attend with a group of teachers from Douglas to think outside the box. I would be willing to share out with others related to what we learn/discover. Please consider me for attendance!
5. Who doesn't love a staff celebration! We spend so much time together - June is a time to kick back and relax with our friends and coworkers...

Question 1 - Family-Friendly Brewer Game
I would be interested in attending a weeknight Brewer Game with the Douglas Staff (likely Tuesday, June 28th).
6. Question 2 - If we went to the Brewer Game, I would be interested in riding on a bus. (Either way, we would have a tailgate party)
7. Question 3 - I would be interested in attending an adults-only Douglas Staff Pub Crawl - likely a Friday or Saturday night (June 11th or 12th).

9. Question 5 - Would you be interested in helping plan/organize this staff function? More hands make light work!
