Laurel Street Pilot Project: Post-project Survey Spring 2016

The purpose of this survey is to collect post-project data that will be used to help evaluate the Laurel Street Pilot Project, the City's first protected bike lane. At the end of this survey, you will have an opportunity enter a prize drawing. If you participated in the pre-project survey, you are welcome (and encouraged) to complete this survey, too. This survey is specifically related to Laurel Street in Fort Collins, between Howes and Remington. Refer to the image above and limit your answers to the specific area shown in the picture.
