Thank you for your interest in becoming a COAMFTE Site Visitor.
The 2016 Site Visitor Training will take place on Friday, September 16th from 7:30 am - 10:30 am during the AAMFT Annual Conference in Indianapolis, IN.
Please complete this application to apply for the training. COAMFTE Staff will contact every individual that submits a completed application after a review of the submission to determine eligibility.
As a reminder, please see the COAMFTE Site Visitor qualifications copied below:
- Minimum of five years of advanced experience as an LMFT practitioner and/or educator/researcher in MFT
- Experience in performing supervisory administrative duties
- Knowledge of current COAMFTE accreditation standards
- AAMFT Clinical Fellow and licensed marriage and family therapist
- Successful completion of COAMFTE Site Visitor Training
- Current knowledge and experience in the profession of marriage and family therapy
- Participation in a site visit or refresher training every two (2) years to maintain 'Active Status'
