Faculty and Staff Summer Bowling League

Teams of 4: only $15 per person/$60 a team
Registration deadline Thursday, May 25
League Times: 10am-1:30pm
League dates: Tuesdays June 6, 13, 20, & 27
Fees covers games played and shoe rentals for team members. You may bring your own shoes as well if you prefer.

If we have a high number of teams competing, you will be given a time frame depending on league competition schedule. League play time will be either 10am-11am 11:15pm-12:15pm or 12:30pm-1:30pm.

Winning Team receives a Bowling Party for their department/office up to 20 people and up to 5 lanes

Payment will be collected on the first day of the league (Tuesday, June 6). Cash, credit card (not American Express), inter-office transfer or check will be accepted.

2. How will you be processing payment?
If processing payment via Department/People Soft, please provide information in blank spot next to option. For other options, processing payment will be done at the first day of competition. You can pay for the whole team ($60) or each individual team member can pay ($15 per person).
