MiraCosta Student Ambassador Application

Application Overview

Thank you for your interest in the MiraCosta College Student Ambassador Program!  Before your apply it is recommend that you review the job description and requirements for participation in the program found here: Student Ambassador Job Description and Requirements 2019.docx.  

This application has several components and you may not be able to complete them all at once. There is the option to save your application and continue where you left off by clicking "Save and continue later" at the top of the application.

 You will need to be prepared to provide the following:
  • Background Information
  • References
  • Answers to short essay questions:
    1. Describe why you are interested in the ambassador program and what makes you a good candidate
    2. Explain the value in having a diverse student body that includes historically underrepresented and minority groups.  List any examples of how you have helped promote diversity (in your school, community, workplace, etc.)
  • Unofficial transcript(s)
Please note: We require you to provide one online recommendation letter.  Please ask the person writing your recommendation to complete the form found at www.miracosta.edu/recletter.  It should take them 5-10 minutes to complete.
 

Rolling Application Deadline: Accepting Applications Until Positions are Filled
