The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) (SA Branch)) is seeking your valuable feedback regarding the impact of the Regional Director and Multi Campus Director of Nursing and Midwifery positions within Country Health SA Local Health Network (CHSA LHN).

This survey seeks to gather information regarding the impact of the new leadership structures implemented as part of the Regional and Multi Campus Director of Nursing and Midwifery initiative.
