In fulfilling my pledge as Police and Crime Commissioner for West Mercia, I want to hear your concerns and ideas on how I can best enhance services for victims of crime. Over the next four years I will work with a range of partners from the criminal justice system, the community, and the voluntary sector. Part of this work will be trying to make sure victims get the service they need in the place, time and manner they deserve.
I want to get the best possible understanding of victim needs across West Mercia. I will then be in a position to outline my personal commitment to victims in a document, which I will be accountable for delivering.
