5. Imagine your client wants to learn a planche. He can do around 5 pullups and is fairly mobile/ flexible. - What would be the steps you would take to get him there?
How would you go about designing a personalised training program?

6. As we know learning advanced moves requires all round abilities in flexibility, mobility, strength and skill development? What methodologies would you use to asses an athlete in those areas ?

7. One of the members of our Academy really struggles with holding a handstand. How would you go about helping that person? (tell us a step by step process) What drills would you have them do?
