Does your son have to focus on a specific major to be successful? Before you potentially spend up to six figures on aparticular four-year college, do you and your child have an idea about his or her goals and how to achieve them? In The Course Ahead: Majors to Careers, the College Coach expert, a former admissions officer from a selective U.S college, will discuss:
· What majors mean and don’t mean
· Understanding how a potential major can impact the college search
· Identifying possible career paths based on different majors, and what may be growth careers of the future
· Leveraging resources at the high school and college level
· Supporting your child in the discovery process
