Your current Enterprise Agreement is due to expire shortly.

Before meeting with your employer a critical part of the bargaining process is to seek directions from members regarding what issues you see as important for the upcoming negotiations, to form part of the ANMF-SA claim

The ANMF-SA encourages all members to complete the following brief survey to ensure that your concerns are reflected in the ANMF-SA claim that will be presented to your employer at the commencement of bargaining.

No identifying information whatsoever will be provided to your employer.

It is very important that we engage with as many staff as possible during this Bargaining process.

Do you work with staff who are not yet ANMF Members? If so, please discuss with them the benefits of ANMF membership, particularly as if they are not members we cannot represent their views during the bargaining process.
